Plans and limits

What each plan includes and what happens at the limit.

Four plans, all with a 14-day free trial, all billed through Shopify monthly or yearly. A year costs the same as 10 months. On Essentials the app suggests and you apply every change yourself. From Growth up, rules can change prices on their own, scheduled sales run on their dates, and the Analytics screen is included.

Essentials: $12/month or $120/year

Up to 250 prices. Price history from day one, suggestions with your margin before and after, bulk apply and undo, and the EU price rules.

Growth: $29/month or $290/year

Up to 2,000 prices. Adds rules that change prices for you, scheduled sales, and margin and sell-through analytics.

Scale: $69/month or $690/year

Up to 10,000 prices. Everything in Growth.

Pro: $149/month or $1,490/year

Unlimited prices. Everything in Growth, plus separate EU price rules for each market.

How prices are counted

One price per version of a product. A shirt in three sizes and two colors is six prices, because each one can be set and tracked separately.

The EU price rules are on every plan

Including Essentials. A store that needs them shouldn't have to upgrade to use them. Separate rules for each market come with Pro.

Going over the limit

You are warned at 80%. If you go over, the app tells you which plan fits and gives you 14 days before automatic changes pause. Catalogs grow, and adding 200 products on a Tuesday shouldn't stop your pricing rules on Wednesday.

Your price history keeps recording
Whatever your billing state, over the limit, canceled or never subscribed, the price history keeps recording, and the storefront block keeps working for stores that use it. A gap in that record can't be filled in later. Only automatic changes pause.
