One watch. Eight bezels. A product page built to sell the full idea.
Challenge: Zonate's interchangeable-bezel watch was a strong product trapped in a default-template experience. The product page sold the watch, but it did not sell the second bezel or make the one-watch-many-looks story obvious.
Solution: We rebuilt the PDP around the Bezel Switch concept, added contextual bezel upsells, and replaced the cart page with a persistent cart drawer that keeps the next best purchase visible.
