A fully custom-designed, custom-built Shopify storefront for a Dorset coffee roaster, café and community space. One site carries coffee subscriptions, merch, Cooler Room bookings, co-working, the 108-spot FGF Club membership and a journal, all wrapped in a bold illustrated identity built from scratch rather than bent out of a stock theme.
What we worked on
ZONATE
Zonate sells interchangeable-bezel dive watches, but its default-template product page never sold a second bezel. We rebuilt the PDP around the one-watch-many-looks story, added bezel upsell modules, and replaced the cart page with a persistent cart drawer. Twelve months on, average order value reached €122.54, add-to-cart rate reached 2.35%, and orders were up 41%.
