Troubleshooting

The bundle doesn't render

• Check the bundle is set to Active — drafts never render on the storefront.
• Confirm targeting matches the product (single product, collection, or all products).
• Make sure the TB Bundles app embed is enabled under Theme settings → App embeds.
• Confirm Initialize app ran (discount, cart transform, web pixel). Use Settings → Re-check if any of those are missing.

The discount isn't applied in checkout

• Verify the bundle was added through the widget, not by adding products individually.
• Check for conflicting discount codes — Shopify's combination rules may exclude one.
• Re-save the bundle in the admin to refresh its discount configuration.

Component prices look outdated

Displayed component prices are snapshotted when you save the bundle. Re-save the bundle after changing product prices. Checkout pricing is always live.
